Let's talk about your tea party menu and what should be included on it.
The event, the number of guests and of course, your budget will determine what goes on your menu.
Most teatime parties are "low" or Afternoon Parties. This teatime should
include the two S's - Savory and Sweet .
A cream tea consists simply of tea, scones, and cream for the scones. High teatime recipes , whose name is misused and misunderstood in America, requires heartier fare.

The menu should be both pleasing to the eye, as well as the palate. What I love about teatime parties is that it doesn’t have to require a lot of time and expense to provide a delicious and interesting menu. Small portions allow you to both prepare and “taste test” a variety of tasty delicacies.
Most of all, don't forget, friend, that your own creativity adds interest to your menus!
