Mushroom Cheese Quiche
- submitted by Kimberly M. -Pa, USA
A mushroom cheese quiche is a step up from just a plain cheese quiche. The addition of mushrooms give it extra flavor and nutrition.
You can substitute the mushrooms with chopped ham if meat and cheese is preferred, and you could also add a little spinach and tomato pieces on the top.
